Exercise

Exercise is one of the best ways to relieve stress in someone of any age and it is my personal favorite. In a study done by Emma Childs and Harriet de Wit in 2014, the findings provide modest support for claims that regular exercise protects against the negative emotional consequences of stress, and suggest that exercise has beneficial effects in healthy individuals ( Childs & deWit 2014). It helps your mind, body, and soul and can put you in a better mood instantly.
