How Can I Mange My Stress?
Stress management techniques are important for anyone, at any age, and at any point in their life. To be able to learn what stresses you out, what triggers you, and then how to deal with it positively at an early age, will have a greater benefit later in life. During a study done by Alborzkouh in 2014, showed that stress management skills training significantly contributed to promoting the academic vitality and psychological well-being of students (Alborzkouh, Nabati, Zainali, Abed, Ghahfarakhi, 2014). By using and understanding stress management skills, you can be more successful in school and in your overall health.
