Listening to Music for Stress Relief 

"Music listening has been suggested to beneficially impact health via stress-reducing effects (Thoma, La Marca, Brönnimann, Finkel, Ehlert, & Nater, 2013)." Music is a great way to relieve stress, whether you just sit along and listen to it, listen while completing an assignment, or just have it playing in the background through out the day. In my classroom there is always music playing from all genres.
